This is also a pivotal time in my career, focused on gaining diverse, hands-on experience with an eye toward one day sharing that knowledge as a professor. Every project is a chance to learn something new.

Relocated to Chicago, securing new clients and expanding my architectural expertise. Worked on larger-scale projects, managing workflows, permitting, and execution. Continued pushing creative boundaries in both architecture and industrial design, refining my approach to multifunctional design solutions.

Expanded Karshis Designs, LLC, securing multiple new clients and project opportunities. Collaborated with Craftsmen Collective in Austin on several residential projects, including home renovations and interior design. Led commercial architecture projects, focusing on innovation, functionality, and client-driven solutions.

Strengthened Karshis Designs by taking on more diverse projects in architecture, industrial design, and 3D modeling. Focused on refining technical skills, client management, and strategic design execution.

Expanded into commercial and residential projects, integrating architectural visualization and digital design solutions into my workflow. Started working with a wider network of designers and builders, refining my project management and technical expertise.

Founded Karshis Designs, LLC to bring architectural visualization, digital rendering, and functional design solutions to life. That same year, I earned my Master’s in Industrial Design from the University of Houston, specializing in product development, consumer goods, and sustainable design.

Worked as an Art Director for a queer mixed media company in Austin, leading design teams, brand development, and creative visual concepts. Managed multiple projects while ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful design execution.

Graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, gaining expertise in design principles, structural systems, and material sustainability. This foundation shaped my approach to designing both spaces and products.
